A dog's sensors are exceptional in their detection ability. For this reason we value our canines with great pride. Their intimidating features, as well as speed and agility are a deterrent whilst on patrol and unpredictable in its defensive capabilities. The bond between the dogs and their handlers creates an exceptional loyalty, which is why they come as a packaged deal.<\/p>\n

It is estimated that 2500 canines are in service today and approximately 700 are on military duty and currently deployed. In an experiment conducted by the Pentagon between 2004 and 2010, it was found that explosive detection dogs had a 98% accuracy rate in comparison to its machine counterpart equating to below 50% detection accuracy.
